Gone are the days of mass emailing leads with a generic message. Today, it’s all about personalisation. And video is the frontier of this.
Over the past year, I’ve been running video outreach campaigns to scale my own and clients’ businesses and I’ve created a 4-step process which has resulted in an 85% CTR rate.
Step 1: Lead Generation
To begin, I will get super clear on your ideal customer profiles and then generate a list of potential leads. All emails will be verified they are in use and none will be generic (i.e. sales@ info@ hello@).
Step 2: Research
Next, I will research each lead to find something unique about their company to reference when I record their video. This is crucial as it shows the potential lead that I’ve done my homework and it's not a generic outreach.
Step 3: Record video
I will record a personalised video for each lead which includes a screen recording of their website with a thumbnail of me speaking. I have tried and tested multiple structures and have a proven formula that works.
Step 4: Email
I generate a GIF of the video and embed it into the email, along with a short amount of text to invite the lead to watch the video. When the GIF is clicked, it will open the Loom video and we will be notified.
